Building Public Impact

At Inventure, the belief that every child deserves a great education has never been limited to our own campuses. From the very beginning, a commitment to public education has been part of who we are, and since 2019, that commitment has taken the form of a growing partnership with four government schools across Bengaluru: GHPS Ramagondanahalli, Government Tamil Higher Primary School (GTHPS) Shivajinagar, GHPS Kodathi, and Government Upgraded Model School (GUMS) Siddahosanahalli. Together, these partnerships are showing that the Inventure way of learning can be replicated and sustained in the public education system.

"We believe that every child has the potential to thrive -- given the right environment, the right teachers, and a culture that believes in them unconditionally."

Nooraine Fazal,
Founding Managing Trustee & CEO

Every family comes to Inventure with different priorities. Some are looking for academic rigour. Some want a school where sport or the arts are taken seriously. Some want their child to find their confidence. Some want all of it.

Our admissions team doesn’t give you a brochure and a fee structure. They sit down with you, ask what matters most, and help you understand whether Inventure is genuinely the right fit — for your child, at this stage of their life.

Write to us at admissions@inventureacademy.com to start your journey.

The academic year runs from mid-May to mid-April, following a Balanced Year-Round Calendar.

We hire for purpose first.

The educators who thrive at Inventure are curious about how children learn, committed to their own growth, and genuinely care about the work of teaching. Alignment with our core values and culture of excellence is essential because at Inventure, the teacher is not just a subject expert but a mentor, a model, and a co-learner.

For senior school roles, experience with Cambridge International Education, CISCE, or comparable boards is important. But across all roles, we look for something harder to teach: intellectual seriousness, warmth, and a willingness to keep refining your craft, year after year.

Recruitment typically takes place between October and April in preparation for the academic year beginning in May. We may have identified openings during this period. Applications outside this window are welcome. Please submit your CV through the regular link, and we will reach out if there is a suitable opportunity. Click here to see our current openings on our Careers page.

Our recruitment process has six stages: resume screening, a technical interview, a teaching demo, and a series of conversations with the Principal/Head of School, the CEO, and the HR/Finance Head.

Although not mandatory, a B.Ed will be preferred. Teachers without a B.Ed are welcome to apply for positions in the primary and middle school.

During peak recruitment periods, we receive a high volume of applications and may not be able to respond individually to candidates whose profiles are not the right fit. Please reach out to recruitment@inventureacademy.com if you haven’t heard back in two weeks.
