Teaching at Inventure comes with a strong sense of trust and shared purpose. Teachers work closely in teams, reflect on their practice, and support one another through the everyday realities of school life. Many of our educators stay for a decade or more, and a significant part of our leadership team has grown within the school itself, with journeys spanning 10, 15, even 20 years.
